A Touch of Grace Events Services and Packages
FULL SERVICE:
Full Service is our all inclusive package. We assist with planning of your event from start to finish. We can help with vendor recommendations, layouts for ceremony/cocktail hour/reception, design/décor, planning all logistics, setting a budget, building your timeline, organizing ceremony order and photo lists, RSVP tracking, attending vendor meetings and taking the stress out of planning so that you are able to enjoy the process! We will be the primary contact for all of your vendors from the very beginning so the planning process is as fun and stress-free as possible.
Price: $8,800-$15,000
PARTIAL PLANNING:
Partial Planning has many similarities to Full Service. It is designed for the couples who already have some of their main vendors like a venue… a caterer… but need to help with booking the remaining vendors due to the lack of time and/or energy. We will help complete your vendor team, make recommendations, come up with an overall wedding design that meets your expectations, tastes and budget. We work together throughout the planning process and we are here all along the way. The main difference is that you are the primary contact for your vendors after we send you your list of vendor recommendations. At the 2 month mark from the wedding, we resume all contact with vendors and finalize all details for the wedding. From the beginning, we help with contract review and any questions you may have with them, but the majority of contact and initial meetings are being done by you. Partial Planning also includes design/décor assistance and help with vendors.
Price: $6,800-$8,000
WRAP UP:
Wrap Up is our starting package we offer. We come in 2 months before wedding and finalize all details with your vendors. We help create all documents, layouts, help with seating assignments, etc. And of course we are still there for rehearsals, if needed, and on the day-of from beginning to end. This also still includes help at the beginning with budget creation and guest list to help you get started.
Price: $2,900-$4,000
MICRO WEDDING:
So what is a microwedding? Think of these miniature events as a cross between a traditional wedding and an elopement. They have the elements and elegance of the former with the affordability and intimacy of the latter. They are also perfect for vow renewals and destination weddings! To put it simply, we offer every small-wedding service a couple could possibly want! If you choose to share this moment with your immediate families and a handful of your closest friends with whom you can be who you are, that’s for you to decide. A micro-wedding package put together by an experienced wedding planner, is the best way to give your special day the privacy and intimacy it needs and deserves.
Price: $4,500 and up
ELOPEMENT:
Whoever said planning your elopement can’t be a blast? We’re here to make the whole thing fun, easy, and affordable. Eloping is about focusing on the most important things and we’re here to help! Tell us your wedding vision and then we’ll make it happen for you! We will coordinate all the details of your elopement package and serve as your go-to person right up to the day of your wedding. We'll bring your wedding vision to life! Let’s start planning your special day!
Price: $2,200 and up
DESTINATION:
Our goal is to make the process of planning your international or destination wedding weekend as stress-free as possible so that you are able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of this incredibly special time with your friends and family. We can’t wait to guide you through each step of your planning journey. We love working with couples to help them plan a destination wedding stateside, or to assist them in managing the logistics of celebrating their nuptials internationally. Our destination portfolio includes international weddings in Mexico, Greece, Spain, France, and beyond! Our team has the industry knowledge, experience, and passion to help you design an elegant and sophisticated event anywhere in the world!
CUSTOM PACKAGE:
If none of these packages work for you, we can create a custom package that meets exactly what you need. Each package is a custom price based on our client’s needs and details. Every couple need something a little different whether it be less help with some guidance, or more help with finalizing every detail. Our custom packages allow our couples to be charged fairly based on their needs and budget.
